The Collège – Lycée Élitaire Pour Tous is not a school like any other, it’s the school of life. Where the word is granted for all.
To symbolize this diversity in words, the choice was to focus on 3 typographic families. A serif (Georgia), a sans-serif (Myriad) and the controversial Comic Sans MS. Many people like to express themselves with this typography, why to exclude them?
This system is supported by a pattern. It takes another element essential to the written word: punctuation. And like any school of life, where emotions are an integral part of it, you will find smileys that sometimes are happy, upset or sad.
The main challenge to the development of this identity was that it can be easily manipulable by teachers. That’s why I opted for a word processor identity in black printing, where color is brought in by the paper.
